Second, the gas supply. Since the pressing material of the door and window equipment needs to ensure sufficient air supply, it can be used better. This is the basis to realize the cylinder pressing. Under normal circumstances, the air supply and air pressure of the door and window equipment have fixed parameter requirements, that is, the air supply flow should reach 0.3, and the air pressure should be able to reach 8 pressures. In the case of multiple door and window equipment, it is necessary to prepare more gas storage tanks, which depends on the actual situation. If the air pressure cannot be reached, the accuracy of the door and window processing equipment will have some corresponding effects, and the corresponding processing effect will also deviate from the expected phenomenon.

Third, equipment. There are many types of equipment for broken bridge aluminum doors and windows, and each type of equipment will have multiple models, or different parts of the equipment, and so on. Therefore, in the installation and commissioning of door and window equipment, it is necessary to coordinate the work of each area and grasp every detail.

    Fourth, in terms of space, in the equipment use site, it is necessary to reasonably arrange the location of the equipment, so as to achieve a one-stop process from the storage of raw materials and sawing and processing to the delivery of finished doors and windows, and do not have the problem of unloading materials from the east and moving materials to the west.

    Fifth, security. It is necessary to ensure that the equipment is exclusively used by people, and to post the safe use specifications of the equipment and the handling methods for safety accidents.

    Sixth, equipment maintenance. The maintenance of the equipment should be carried out by special personnel, and the electricity and gas should be cut off before maintenance. After every day of use, clean up the equipment and debris, and check whether the equipment is abnormal.
